Abstract
Bankarsko kreditiranje građanstva usmjereno na stambeno zbrinjavanje pojedinca utjecalo je na razvoj hrvatskog bankarstva. Stambeni krediti bilježe porast među kreditiranjem, s obilježjima pada kamatne stope što pogoduje korisnicima kredita i budućem razvoju ovog oblika kreditiranja. U radu su opisani uvjeti potrebni za odobrenje stambenih kredita te je prikazana različitost ponude stambenog kreditiranja kod nekoliko banaka u Republici Hrvatskoj. Izbor između ponude kredita nekoliko banaka pruža detaljne informacije kroz tablični prikaz o uvjetima i obvezama klijenta i ponuđača proizvoda. Omogućuje se pojedinačni izbor najpovoljnije ponude za korisnika kredita u svrhu buduće namjene.
Abstract (english)
Banking landing to housholds focused on the housing care of an individual influenced the development of Croatian banking. Housing loans recorded an increase in lending, with features of falling interest rates, which favored loan useres and the future development of this form of lending. In this paper the conditions for granting housing loans are described and the variety of housing loans offered by several banks is presented. The choice between the loan offer of several banks provides more detailed information trought a tabular overview of the terms and conditions of the client and the lander. An offer individual selection of the borrower for the purpose of future use.
