Abstract
Opasna roba su predmeti ili tvari koji mogu predstavljati opasnost po zdravlje, sigurnost, imovinu ili okoliš i koje se nalaze na popisu opasnih roba u Tehničkim instrukcijama za siguran prijevoz opasne robe zrakom ili su klasificirane u skladu s Tehničkim instrukcijama za siguran prijevoz opasne robe zrakom. [3] U radu je opisan pravilan način obilježavanja, označavanja, skladištenja i utovara opasne robe, kao i dokumentacija koja je potrebna za njeno prihvaćanje i siguran transport zrakoplovom, uz poštovanje odredbi Zakona o prijevozu opasnih tvari Republike Hrvatske, Pravilnika o uvjetima i načinu prijevoza opasnih roba zrakom Republike Hrvatske, zajedno s ICAO (International Civil Aviation Organisation. U daljnjem tekstu: ICAO) Tehničkim instrukcijama za siguran transport opasnih tvari zrakom, a ponajprije sa IATA (International Air Transport Association. U daljnjem tekstu: IATA) Propisima o opasnoj robi (u daljnjem tekstu: Propisi o opasnoj robi).
Abstract (english)
Dangerous goods are articles or substances which are capable of posing a hazard to health, safety, property or the environment and which are shown in the list of dangerous goods in the Technical Instructions for Safe Transport of Dangerous Goods by Air or which are classified according to those Instructions. This paper describes the proper way of marking, labelling, storage and loading of dangerous goods as well as the documentation required for its acceptance and safe transport by aircraft, all together in compliance with the Republic of Croatia Dangerous Goods Transportation Act, Ordinance on terms and conditions for transport of dangerous goods by air, together with the ICAO Technical VI Instructions for the Safe Transport of Dangerous Substances by Air, and in particular with the IATA Dangerous Goods Regulations.
