Abstract
Cilj ovog rada bio je ispitati sadržaj aluminija (mg/L) u uzorcima svijetlog piva pakiranog u staklenu ambalažu i aluminijske limenke, kao i radlera grejp menta te ga usporediti sa sadržajem aluminija u istim uzorcima piva u kojima se nalazio uzorak metalnog aluminija kroz 150 dana. Spektrofotometrijskom metodom dokazano je da najmanje aluminija ima u uzorcima svijetlog piva koje je bilo pakirano u staklene boce (0,0056 mg/L), kod svijetlog piva pakiranog u limenkama ta vrijednost iznosi 0,011 mg/L, dok je najveća vrijednost dobivena u uzorcima radlera 0,0728 mg/L. Sadržaj aluminija u uzorcima piva i radlera značajno se povećao nakon što je u njih bio uronjen metalni aluminij, što ukazuju na migraciju aluminijevih iona iz pakiranja u svijetlo pivo. Na uzorcima aluminija koji su bili u kontaktu sa svijetlim pivom uočena je pojava lokalizirane pitting korozije, dok u uzorcima radlera dolazi do jednolike korozije aluminija.
Abstract (english)
The objective of this thesis was to examine the amount of aluminum (mg/L) among samples of light beer stored in glass bottles and in aluminum cans, as well as grapefruit-mint radler, and to compare the results with those of identical samples containing a sample of solid aluminum during 150 days. Spectrophotometry showed that the least amount of aluminum was in specimens of beer stored in glass bottles (0,0056 mg/L), with beer stored in aluminum cans the amount was 0,011 mg/L, while the highest amount was found in radler samples, amounting to 0,0728 mg/L. The amount of aluminum in samples of light beer and radler increased significantly after a sample of solid aluminum was added which implies migration of aluminum ions from packaging to beer. The samples of solid aluminum which were in contact with light beer contained localized pitting corrosion, while the samples in contact with radler contained uniform corrosion of solid aluminum.
