Abstract
U ovom diplomskom radu provedena je energetska analiza ugostiteljskog objekta. Proveden je proračun toplinskih gubitaka i dobitaka zgrade, te je na temelju tih podataka odabrana dizalica topline u izvedbi zrak-voda, koja je predviđena kao izvor ogrjevnog i rashladnog medija. Odabrana dizalica topline opremljena je dodatnim izmjenjivačem- ohlađivačem pregrijane pare, s ciljem da se u ljetnom režimu rada može iskorištavati otpadna toplina dobivena hlađenjem predmetne građevine, za pripremu sanitarne tople vode. Dan je prikaz ostvarenih ušteda na osnovu provedene ekonomske analize postojećeg i novog sustava.
Abstract (english)
In this diploma paper, an energy analysis of the hospitality facility was conducted. The calculation of the building's heat losses and gains was carried out and a heat pump was selected based on this information. As the source of the heating and cooling medium an air-to-water heat pump was selected, which is equipped with an additional superheater steam-cooler, in order to use the waste heat obtained by cooling the building in summer for the preparation of hot water. An overview is given of the savings based on the economic analysis of the existing and new system.
