Abstract
U ovom završnom radu opisan je cjelokupni proces osiguranja i kontrola kvalitete kod tipskog kolektorskog cjevovoda. Prvi dio rada se sastoji od teoretskog dijela u svrhu boljeg razumijevanja cijelog procesa. Teoretski dio se sastoji od opisa osnovnih metoda zavarivanja, NDT metoda ispitivanja materijala, opis izrade cijevi, cjevovoda i njegovih osnovnih značajki. U drugom dijelu završnog rada praktično je prikazana izrada kolektorskog cjevovoda. Također je opisana tehnologija zavarivanja. Prikazan proces koji taj kolektorski cjevovod mora proći prije nego što će se staviti u svakodnevnu upotrebu.
Abstract (english)
This final thesis describes the overall process of quality assurance and quality control for a typical collector pipeline. The first part of the thesis consists of a theoretical part in improving the understanding of the whole process. The theoretical part contains a description of basic welding methods, NDT methods of material testing, a description of manufacturing the pipes and the pipeline main features. In the second part of the final thesis, the main focus is on practical use of knowledge in the production collector pipeline. Welding technology is also described. The procedure that this collector pipeline must undergo prior to daily use is also described in this section
