Abstract
Tema ovog rada je implementacija sustava upravljanja kvalitetom te njezino poboljšavanje prema normi ISO 9001:2015. U ovome radu su obrađeni zahtjevi norme 9001:2015. Na primjeru poduzeća Uniweld strojevi d.o.o. koje uspješno posluje već 41 godinu, te broji preko 80 zaposlenih, prikazano je kako su zahtjevi implementirani u tvrtku, s posebnim naglaskom na proizvodne procese. Između ostalog prikazan je i detaljan prikaz audita unutar poduzeća, procijenjeni su rizici i prilike. I za kraj je predloženo poboljšanje sustava upravljanja kvalitetom u poduzeću Uniweld strojevi.
Abstract (english)
The topic of this paper is implementation and improvement of quality management system regarding to ISO 9001:2015 standard. In this paper is described the standard ISO 9001:2015 with all the requirements. On the example of manufacturing company Uniweld strojevi d.o.o. which has been in business for 41 year, and it has 80 employees, it is shown how the requirements of the standard are implemented in the company with a detailed description of the production processes. It is also shown how the audit is conducted in the company, and how risks and opportunities are estimated. In the end, an improvement to the quality management system is proposed in company Uniweld strojevi d.o.o.
