Abstract
Leasing kao oblik financiranja, zbog brojnih prednosti pred ostalim oblicima financiranja, od svoje pojave na tržištu Republike Hrvatske doživljava sve veću popularnost i razvoj u svim aspektima. Najveći broj leasing društava na tržištu Republike Hrvatske zabilježen je 2005. godine, a donošenjem Zakona o leasingu dolazi do pravne regulacije ovog područja kojem je posvećena posebna pažnja. Donošenjem predmetnog Zakona i uspostavljanjem regulacije, u narednim se godinama značajno smanjuje broje leasing društava. Unatoč tome, popularnost leasing usluga kontinuirano raste, što je vidljivo uvidom u broj sklopljenih ugovora o leasingu i njihovu vrijednost. Stoga ovaj rad nastoji prikazati stanje na tržištu leasing usluga u Republici Hrvatskoj istraživanjem zakonodavnog i regulatornog okvira poslovanja leasing društava te analizom statističkih podataka o leasing ugovorima koje su leasing društva sklopila s korisnicima leasinga.
Abstract (english)
Leasing as a form of financing, due to numerous advantages over other forms of financing, since its appearance on the Croatian market is experiencing increasing popularity and development in all aspects. The largest number of leasing companies on the Croatian market was recorded in 2005, and the adoption of the Leasing Act led to the legal regulation of this area, to which special attention was paid. With the enactment of the Law in question and the establishment of regulation, the number of leasing companies will be significantly reduced in the coming years. Despite this, the popularity of leasing services is continuously growing, which is evident by the insight into the number of concluded leasing contracts and their value. Therefore, this paper seeks to present the situation on the leasing services in Croatian market by researching the legislative and regulatory framework of leasing companies and analyzing statistical data on leasing contracts concluded by leasing companies with leasing customers
