Abstract
Cilj rada bio je procijeniti opterećenje radnika u proizvodnom procesu punjenja piva Zagrebačke pivovare d.o.o. koristeći se DMQ upitnikom. U teorijskom dijelu rada opisane su opasnosti i mjere zaštite na radnim mjestima pivara, opterećenja i DMQ upitnik kao ergonomska metoda za njihovo prepoznavanje i sprječavanje. U eksperimentalnom djelu rada opisano je i analizirano opterećenje radnika pomoću DMQ upitnika deset različit radnih mjesta na uzorku od deset radnika u proizvodnom procesu punjenja piva Zagrebačke pivovare d.o.o. Dobiveni rezultati su uspoređeni te su na temelju analize predložene mjere za smanjenje opterećenja radnika.
Abstract (english)
The aim of this paper was to assess the workload of workers in the production process of bottling beer of Zagrebačka pivovara d.o.o. using the DMQ questionnaire. The theoretical part of the paper describes the hazards and protection measures at brewery workplaces, loads and the DMQ questionnaire as an ergonomic method for their recognition and prevention. In the experimental part of the paper, the workload of workers is described and analyzed using the DMQ questionnaire of ten different jobs on a sample of ten workers in the production process of beer bottling in Zagrebačka pivovara d.o.o. The obtained results were compared and based on the analysis, measures to reduce the workload of workers were proposed.
