Abstract
U ovom radu govori se o implementaciji zahtjeva norme HR EN ISO/IEC 17020 u inspekcijsko tijelo za kontrolu. Kako bi inspekcijsko tijelo bilo ovlašteno za navedene poslove, potrebna je akreditacija koju izdaje Hrvatska akreditacijska agencija. Osim toga, inspekcijsko tijelo treba u svoj sustav implementirati razne zakonske odredbe i norme. Norma HR EN ISO/IEC 17020:2012 se odnosi na općenite zahtjeve, strukturne zahtjeve, resursne zahtjeve, procesne zahtjeve te zahtjeve vezane uz sustav upravljanja. U radu će biti objašnjeni svi navedeni zahtjevi ove norme te će se kroz prikaz procedura i postupaka opisati implementacija norme u tvrtku koja provodi inspekciju .
Abstract (english)
This paper discusses the implementation of the requirements of the standard HR EN ISO / IEC 17020 in the inspection body for elevator control. In order for the inspection body to be authorized for these tasks, accreditation issued by the Croatian Accreditation Agency is required. In addition, the inspection body needs to implement various legal provisions and norms in its system. Standard HR EN ISO / IEC 17020: 2012 refers to general requirements, structural requirements, resource requirements, process requirements and requirements related to the management system. This paper will explain all the above requirements of this standard and will describe the implementation of the standard in the company that conducts the inspection of elevators through a presentation of procedures.
