Abstract
U ovom završnom radu cilj je bio prikupiti i analizirati ozljede na radu u djelatnosti obrazovanja. Obrazovanje je sastavni dio života svakog pojedinca pa je praćenje i analiziranje opasnosti i ozljeda u ovom sektoru od velike važnosti za čitavu zajednicu Republike Hrvatske. Uvijek postoji rizik od ozljeda ali na sustavu, državi, okolini, poslodavcu i pojedicu je da svi zajedno rade na tome da ih bude što manje i da se razmjenjuju i prate podatci ozljeda kako bi se moglo uvidjeti na što je potrebno usmjeriti dodatnu pažnju. Statističkom analizom i obradom podataka dobiveni su rezultati kako je od 2015. do 2019. godine broj ozljeda u porastu što potvrđuje činjenicu da se djelatnost obrazovanja ne smije zapostaviti. Iako je na primjer, u prerađivačkoj industriji i djelatnosti zdravstvene skrbi postotak ozljeda veći to nije razlog da se zanemari porast broja ozljeda u obrazovanju. Upotrebom osobnih zaštitnih sredstava, upoznavanjem sa procjenom rizika, edukacijom i brigom jedni o drugima možemo stvoriti bolji i sigurniji radni okoliš.
Abstract (english)
In this final paper, the aim was to collect and analyze injuries at work in the field of education. Education is an integral part of the life of every individual, so monitoring and analyzing the dangers and injuries in this sector is of great importance for the entire community of the Republic of Croatia. There is always a risk of injury, but it is up to the system, the state, the environment, the employer and the individual to work together to keep them to a minimum and to share and monitor injury data to see what additional employee attention needs to be focused on. Statistical analysis and data processing showed that the number of injuries is increasing from 2015 to 2019, which confirms the fact that the education industry must not be neglected. Although, for example, the percentage of injuries is higher in the manufacturing and healthcare industries, this is not a reason to ignore the increase in the number of injuries in education. By using personal protective equipment, learning about risk assessment, educating and caring for each other, we can create a better and safer work environment.
