Abstract
Sustav upravljanja sigurnošću je organizirani pristup upravljanja sigurnošću koji uključuje odgovarajuću organizacijsku strukturu, sustav odgovornosti, politiku i procedure. Cilj uvođenja i primjene sustava upravljanja sigurnošću je da se kontrolom rizika i smanjivanjem broja nezgoda u svakodnevnom radu maksimalno smanji broj mogućih opasnosti po sigurnost putnika, zrakoplova, radnika i drugog osoblja te materijalnih dobara. Pravilnom implementacijom sustava upravljanja sigurnošću omogućuje se, između ostalog, siguran protok zračnom lukom i putovanje zrakoplovom. Takav sustav implementirala je i Zračna luka Rijeka, a sve u svrhu u osiguranja sigurnosti u svom poslovanju, Kroz ovaj rad opisana je organizacija Zračne luke Rijeka te način implementacije i funkcioniranja sustava upravljanja sigurnošću.
Abstract (english)
A safety management system is an organized approach to safety management that includes an appropriate organizational structure, accountability system, policies and procedures. The goal of introducing and implementing a safety management system is to control the risk and reduce the number of accidents in everyday work to minimize the number of possible dangers to the safety of passengers, aircraft, workers and other personnel and material goods. Proper implementation of the safety management system enables, among other things, safe flow through the airport and air travel. Such a system has been implemented by Rijeka Airport, all for the purpose of ensuring safety in its operations. The paper describes the organization of Rijeka Airport and the way of implementation and functioning of the safety management system.
