Abstract
U ovom radu opisan je novoosmišljeni pametni sustav naplate karata za tvrtku ZET (Zagrebački električni tramvaj) iz Zagreba s mogućnošću prilagodbe osmišljenog sustava takve vrste i namjene za ostale pružatelje usluga javnog prijevoza. U radu je predočeno idejno rješenje samoposlužnog kioska s elementima mogućih unapređenja i dodatnih mogućnosti u svrhu boljeg pozicioniranja na tržištu. Svrha uređaja je omogućiti prodaju karata uz izravnu naplatu, eliminirajući troškove ljudskih resursa, te provizije kod prodaje putem posrednika. U uvodnom poglavlju je objašnjena svrha i razlog uvođenja pametnog sustava naplate, a predočeno je i aktualno rješenje sa svim nedostacima koje osmišljeni unaprijeđeni sustav naplate nema. U praktičnom dijelu rada biti će predočeno idejno rješenje u prostoru, te primjena sustava od strane korisnika uz razrađeni princip rada uređaja.
Abstract (english)
This paper describes a newly designed smart ticket payment system for the company ZET (Zagreb Electric Tram) from Zagreb with the possibility of adapting the designed system of this type and purpose for other public transport service providers. The paper presents the conceptual design of a self - service kiosk with elements of possible improvements and additional opportunities for the purpose of better positioning in the market. The purpose of the device is to enable the sale of tickets at direct charge, eliminating the cost of human resources and commissions on sales through intermediaries. The introductory chapter explains the purpose and reason for the introduction of a smart billing system, and presents the current solution with all the shortcomings that the designed improved billing system does not have. In the practical part of the paper, the conceptual solution in space will be presented, as well as the application of the system by the user with the elaborated principle of operation of the device.
