Abstract
U ovom završnom radu opisao sam što je to stres. Zatim sam u temi analizirao kako stres utječe na čovjeka. Nadalje, u temi se govori o načinima ublažavanja stresa te kako ga u potpunosti eliminirati. Na samom kraju sam proveo kratko istraživanje utjecaja stresa na radom mjestu.
Abstract (english)
In this thesis, I described what it was stress. Then, in the theme I analyzed how stress affects human. In addition to these are the methods of reducing stress and how to eliminate it completely. In the end I spent a short study of the impact of stress in the workplace.
