Abstract
U ovom završnom radu pojašnjeno je upravljanje ljudskim potencijalima u poduzeću Usluga d.o.o. Prikazane su osnovne funkcije menadžmenta sa njegovim elementima. Upravljanje ljudskim potencijalima prikazano je kroz planiranje, razvijanje i održavanje kvalitete. Prikazana je organizacijska struktura tvrtke Usluga d.o.o., vrste ugovora o radu, briga za zaposlenike prije, za vrijeme i nakon zapošljavanja, obveze zaposlenika i poslodavca, te razvoj zaposlenih i materijalna i nematerijalna prava zaposlenih. Rad je napravljen temeljem stručne literature i osobnog iskustva autorice.
Abstract (english)
This final paper explains human resources management in the company „Usluga“. The paper starst from the basic concepts of management, with all his elements. The human resurces management is presented with planning, development and maintaining the quality. The paper explained the organisational structure of „Usluga“, types of employment contracts, human resources management prior to employment, during employment and after employment and also material rights workers and vacations and paid leave. The presentations use din the paper were taken from professional literature and personal experience of the author.
