Abstract
Postupak utvrđivanja razine ugroženosti od požara i/ili tehnološke eksplozije naziva se procjena ugroženosti. Osnovni elementi za procjenu ugroženosti odnose se na postojeće stanje, stručno mišljenje o postojećem stanju, ustroj službe za zaštitu od požara te profesionalne i dobrovoljne vatrogasne pristojbe, numerička analiza požarne sigurnosti te prijedlog mjera i zaključak. Ovisno o vrsti građevine i njezinoj namjeni, procjenu ugroženosti od požara provodi tim stručnjaka koji mora imati voditelja tima i najmanje tri djelatnika. Na temelju postojećeg stanja procjenjena je razina ugroženosti od požara Općine Perušić te planom zaštite od požara ustrojeno djelovanje Dobrovoljnog vatrogasnog društva Perušić. Pregledom poljoprivrednih i šumskih površina, građevina u kojem boravi veći broj osoba, evidentiranim požarima tijekom zadnjih 10 godina, te podacima opremljenosti i aktivnom članstvu u Dobrovoljnom vatrogasnom društvu Perušić dolazi se do zaključka da isto može samostalno i uspješno intervenirati na cijelom području Općine Perušić.
Abstract (english)
The process of determining the level of risk of fire and / or technological explosion is called risk assessment. The basic elements for the threat assessment relate to the current situation, expert opinion on the current situation, the structure of the fire protection service and professional and voluntary firefighting fees, numerical analysis of fire safety and proposed measures and conclusions. Depending on the type of building and its purpose, the fire risk assessment is carried out by a team of experts who must have a team leader and at least three employees. Based on the current situation, the level of fire risk in the Municipality of Perušić was assessed, and the plan of fire protection established the activities of the Voluntary Fire Brigade Perušić. An inspection of agricultural and forest areas, buildings where a large number of people live, recorded fires over the past 10 years, and equipment data and active membership in the Voluntary Fire Brigade Perušić leads to the conclusion that the same can independently and successfully intervene in the Municipality of Perušić.
