Abstract
Sustav za upravljanje odnosima s korisnicima, odnosno CRM je programsko rješenje koje pomaže poduzećima u njihovom poslovanju. Olakšava posao tako da rasterećuje djelatnike te pojednostavljuje upravljanje podacima koji su potrebni za ostvarivanje pozitivnih rezultata. CRM personalizira odnos s korisnikom na temelju podataka prikupljenih o njemu, te time stječe povjerenje korisnika. Sustav daje smjernice marketingu na temelju čijih se odluka i poteza dalje kreira poslovanje. Implementacija sustava donosi brojne prednosti, no ukoliko nije ispravno implementiran realna je opasnost od neisplativosti, odnosno sustav neće funkcionirati. Stoga je od samog početka potrebno pristupiti s pažnjom kako bi sustav uspješno funkcionirao.
Abstract (english)
Customer relationship management is a software solution that helps companies in their work. It makes work easier on the way that relieves employees and makes it easy to manage with data that are necessary to make positive results. CRM make relationships with customers personal based on the data collected by him, and in that way get the customer's trust. System guide management and based on his decision and moves he is creating business. Implementation of a system brings a lot of advantages, but if implementation is not correct, that is real risk of unprofitability, that is the system will not work. That is why it is important to approach the beginning carefully so the system will be successful.
