Abstract
Digitalne tehnologije mijenjaju društvo i gospodarstvo u kojem živimo, kroz promjene u modelima poslovanja, trgovinskoj razmjeni, komunikaciji, prijevozu i općenito načinu na koji ljudi provode svoje vrijeme. Digitalne tehnologije također su utjecale na kritičko razmišljanje, razvoj novih vještina i sposobnostima koje postaju sve važnije. Sve te promjene svedene su pod jedan naziv, digitalna transformacija. U prvom dijelu ovog završnog rada obrađen je pojam digitalne transformacije, vidovi, njen razvoj i podjele. Drugi dio rada donosi analizu stupnja usvajanja digitalne transformacije, prednosti primjene i doprinos razvoju. Napravljen je osvrt na digitalizaciju u vrijeme COVID-19 krize te je prikazano rangiranje digitalne konkurentnosti za razdoblje u posljednje tri godine (2018. – 2020.) na svjetskoj razini, razini Europske unije i Hrvatskoj.
Abstract (english)
Digital technologies are changing the society and economy we live in, through changes in business models, trade, communication, transportation and in general the way people spend their time. Digital technologies have also influenced critical thinking, the development of new skills and abilities that are becoming increasingly important. All these changes have been reduced to one name, digital transformation.The first part of this final paper deals with the concept of digital transformation, aspects, its development and division.The second part of the final paper provides an analysis of the degree of adoption of digital transformation, the benefits of application and contribution to development. A review of digitalization during the COVID-19 crisis is made, and the ranking of digital competitiveness for the period of the last three years (2018.-2020.) at the World level, the level of the European Union and Croatia is shown.
