Abstract
Tema ovog rada je analizirati poslovanje poduzeća kroz financijske pokazatelje i zatim ih usporediti. Za usporedbu odabrana su dva konkurenta Aquapark Istralandia i Aquapark Colors koji su registrirani za istu djelatnost. Aquapark Istralandia nalazi se u Istarskoj županiji, kao i Aquapark Colors, a otvorio se 2015. godine, godinu kasnije od Istralandie. Neke od usluga koje nude su: vodeni tobogani, brojni bazeni, razne atrakcije i gastronomska ponuda. Oba poduzeća su u privatnom vlasništvu. Izračunima likvidnosti saznajemo kako oba poduzeća uspješno namiruju svoje obveze i financijski su stabilni, no kod pokazatelja zaduženosti, poduzeće Colors ima problema zbog toga što se kroz poslovanje više koristio tuđim kapitalom. Pokazatelji aktivnosti ukazuju nam na to koliko uspješno poduzeća pretvaraju imovinu u prihode i ovdje se poduzeće Istralandia pokazalo uspješnije. Izračuni profitabilnosti odnose se na uspješnost ili efikasnost poslovanja te u radu saznajemo kako je poduzeće Istralandia efikasnije od poduzeća Colors.
Abstract (english)
The topic of this paper is to analyze companies through financial indicators and than compare them. For comparasion, I chose two competitors Aquapark Istralandia and Aquapark Colors which are registered for the same business. Aquapark Istralandia is located in the Istria County, as well as Aquapark Colors. Colors is open in 2015., a year later than Istralandia. Some of the services they offer are: water sliders, numerous swimming pools, various attractions and gastronomic offer. Both companies are privately owned. Liquidity shows that both companies successfully settle their liabilities and that they are financially stable, but in terms of indebtedness, company Colors has problems because it used more foreign capital through its operations. Activity indicators show us how successfully companies convert assets into revenue and here Istralandia has proven to be more successful. Profitability calculations refer to the success or efficiency of business, and in this work we find out that Istralandia is more efficient than Colors.
