Abstract
Ovaj završni rad je usredotočen na prikaz potreba koje su nužne za poticanje motivacije kod zaposlenika, a ispitani su djelatnici Iskon Interneta d.d. U radu su opisane potrebe koje pojedinci svakodnevno zadovoljavaju, a pomoću kojih menadžeri žele potaknuti zaposlenike kako bi što uspješnije obavili svoje radne obaveze. Motivirani zaposlenici u velikom postotku imaju veću učinkovitost što pridonosi jačanju organizacije u svim aspektima poslovanja. Sustav nagrađivanja se mora oblikovati na način da zadovolji ili ispuni potrebe ili želje većine zaposlenika. Primarni cilj ovog završnog rada jest istražiti motivaciju djelatnika Iskon Interneta d.d. te odrediti kakva je njegova učinkovitost u odnosu na zadovoljstvo djelatnika.Podaci korišteni u radu prikupljeni su metodom istraživanja za stolom te obrađeni metodama kompilacije, deskripcije, analize i sinteze. U sklopu pisanja rada provedeno je istraživanje putem anketnog upitnika na temelju kojeg su se ispitivali elementi motivacije djelatnika tvrtke Iskon Internet d.d., a rezultati i primjeri pitanja su navedeni kasnije u radu.
Abstract (english)
This final paper focuses on the presentation of the needs that are necessary to encourage motivation in employees, and the employees of Iskon Internet d.d. The paper describes the needs that individuals meet on a daily basis, and with which managers want to encourage employees to perform their work duties as successfully as possible. A large percentage of motivated employees have greater efficiency, which contributes to strengthening the organization in all aspects of business. The reward system must be designed to meet or meet the needs or desires of most employees. The primary goal of this final paper is to explore the motivation of Iskon Internet d.d. employees. and determine its effectiveness in relation to employee satisfaction. The data used in the paper were collected by the table research method and processed by the methods of compilation, description, analysis and synthesis. As part of the writing of the paper, a survey was conducted through a questionnaire on the basis of which the elements of motivation of Iskon Internet d.d. employees were questined, and the results and examples of questions were given later in the paper.
