Abstract
Pišući ovaj rad pokušao sam objasniti kako je sport, iako mnogima glavna sporedna stvar na svijetu, često meta mnogih rizika. Stoga i velika sportska natjecanja prolaze kroz niz problema s kojima se moraju suočiti organizatori prilikom njihovog organiziranja. Organizator natjecanja dužan je procijeniti moguće rizike koji bi se eventualno mogli dogoditi tijekom održavanja natjecanja. U skladu s time dužan je planirati i osigurati svu potrebnu zaštitu kako bi se natjecanje održalo u najsigurnijem mogućem obliku bez rizika po sigurnost i zdravlje svih sudionika natjecanja. Navijačko nasilje na stadionima, govor mržnje, huliganstvo, neredi i terorizam samo su neki od problema na natjecanjima koji utječu na sigurnost i zaštitu kako sportaša, tako i trenera, navijača i svih ostalih ljudi na natjecanju. Uz sve to, pandemija koronavirusa „bacila“ je sport u drugi plan, te su za godinu dana odgođene ljetne Olimpijske Igre u Tokyu. Mnogobrojna testiranja i zatvaranja sportskih objekata onemogućila su sportašima da treniraju i natječu se, a navijačima da gledaju sportska natjecanja i navijaju za svoje sportske favorite
Abstract (english)
Writing this paper I tried to explain how sport, although for many the main sideshow in the world, is often the target of many risks. Therefore the big sports competitions go through a series of problems that they have to face when organizing them. The organizer of the competition is obliged to assess possible risks, which could possibly occur during the event. Accordingly, the organizer is obliged to plan and ensure all necessary protection in order to keep the competition in the safest possible form without risk to the safety and health of all participants. Fan violence in stadiums, hate speech, hooliganism, riots and terrorism are just some of the problems in competitions, which affect the safety and protection of both athletes and other people in the competition. In addition, the coronavirus pandemic "threw" the sport into the background, and the Tokyo Summer Olympics were canceled. Numerous tests and closures of sports facilities have made it impossible for athletes to train and compete.
