Abstract
Komunikacija je proces razmjenjivanja informacija putem verbalnog ili pak neverbalnog kanala. Komunikacija se isto tako može obavljati formalnim ili neformalnim putem. Preduvjet dobrog rada organizacije je upravo dobra komunikacija. Naime, dobra komunikacija, a isto tako i dobri međuljudski odnosi unutar poduzeća su osnovni uvjet uspješnog plasiranja poduzeća na konkurentno tržište. Uspješnost poduzeća na taj način uvelike ovisi o ljudskim resursima. Na temelju kvalitete komunikacije, kako unutar tako i izvan poduzeća, dolazi do ostvarenja kvalitetnog rada poduzeća. Dobra komunikacija i dobri međuljudski odnosi će stvoriti zdravo i efikasno okruženje unutar kojeg će pojedinci moći raditi i na taj način svojim radom potaknuti sam rast poduzeća. Jasno je kako uvjeti nikada ne mogu biti idealni te da može doći do komunikacijskih sukoba. Ono što je bitno je da se ti isti komunikacijski sukobi rješavaju na ispravan način te da se komunikacija nastoji temeljiti na načelima uspješne komunikacije.
Abstract (english)
Communication is the process of exchanging information through a verbal or non-verbal channel. Communication can also be done formally or informally. A prerequisite for the good work of the organization is precisely good communication. Namely, good communication, as well as good interpersonal relations within the company, are the basic condition for successfully placing the company on the competitive market. In this way, the success of the company largely depends on human resources. Based on the quality of communication, both inside and outside the company, quality work of the company is achieved. Good communication and good interpersonal relations will create a healthy and efficient environment within which individuals will be able to work and thus stimulate the growth of the company through their work. It is clear that conditions can never be ideal and that communication conflicts can occur. What is important is that these same communication conflicts are resolved in the correct way and that communication tries to be based on the principles of successful communication.
