Abstract
Cilj je ovog završnog rada bolje pojasniti sigurnost i zaštitu radnika u tvrtki Messer Croatia Plin. U uvodu se donosi pregled same tvrtke, njezin ustroj kao i djelatnosti kojima se bavi. Nadalje, iznose se svi zakonski propisi kojih se tvrtka pridržava, s naglaskom na Zakonu o zaštiti na radu. U drugom dijelu rada, analizira se procjena rizika koja je temelj svake zaštite na radu, odnosno zaštite od požara i zaštite okoliša. Zatim se iznosi anketa koja je provedena anonimno unutar tvrtke, na radnicima različitih radnih mjesta, a rezultati ankete prikazuju jasnu sliku stvarne situacije u tvrtki.
Abstract (english)
The aim of this paper is to better clarify the safety and protection of workers at Messer Croatia Plin. The introduction brings the information about the company, its structure as well as the activities in which it is engaged. Furthermore, all the legal regulations that the company complies with are shown, with an emphasis on the Occupational Safety and Health Act. The second part of the paper analyzes the risk assessment that is the basis of any occupational safety, i.e., fire protection and environmental protection. Then, a survey conducted anonymously within the company on workers of different jobs is shown. The results of the survey show a clear picture of the real situation in the company.
