Abstract
Lisica (Vulpes vulpes L.) je najbrojniji predator iz reda zvijeri u Republici Hrvatskoj. Ima značajan utjecaj na populacije sitne divljači, ali i na populacije ostalih životinjskih vrsta kojima se hrani. Zbog te činjenice važno je znati koliki udio u njezinoj prehrani zauzima pojedina vrsta, s naglaskom na vrste sitne divljači, kako bismo sukladno njezinoj brojnosti u lovištu mogli planirati odstrjel pojedinih vrsta sitne divljači. Analiza sadržaja želuca pokazuje nam da je u njezinoj prehrani zastupljen je veliki broj vrsta sisavaca i ptica. Do hrane dolazi lovom, ali i strvinarenjem. Uz divlje životinjske vrste nerijetko se u lisičjoj prehrani nađu i domaće životinje, a u najvećem broju domaća perad. Osim životinja, u prehrani lisice zastupljene su i biljke, na prvom mjestu voće. Rezultati dobiveni prilikom analize želudaca 40 jedinki u ovome istraživanju pokazuju da su u prehrani lisice najzastupljeniji sitni glodavci (32,1%), zatim klaonički otpad (28,7%), te sitna divljač i to fazan (12,3 %) i zec (10,2 %). Udio voća u ukupnom analiziranom sadržaju iznosi 7,1%, a udio domaće peradi 5,2%. Udio kukaca iznosi 0,6%.
Abstract (english)
The red fox (Vulpes vulpes L.) is the most numerous predator from the order of carnivores in the Republic of Croatia. It has a significant impact on the populations of small game, but also on the populations of other animal species that it feeds on. Due to this fact, it is important that we know the share of each species in its diet, with an emphasis on small game species, so that we can plan the shooting of certain small game species in accordance with its abundance in the hunting ground. The analysis of the contents of the stomach shows us that a large number of species of mammals and birds are represented in its diet. Food is obtained by hunting, but also by scavenging. In addition to wild animal species, domestic animals are often found in the fox's diet, and the largest number is domestic poultry. In addition to animals, the fox's diet also includes plants, primarily fruit. The results obtained during the analysis of the stomachs of 40animals in this study show that the most common food of foxes is small rodents (32.1%), followed by slaughterhouse waste (28.7%), and small game, namely pheasant (12.3%) and rabbit (10.2%). The share of fruit in the total analyzed content is 7.1%, and the share of domestic poultry is 5.2%. The share of insects is 0.6%.
