Abstract
Rad se bavi tematikom vinskog i gastronomskog turizma kao specifičnih oblika turizma. Na početku rada definirani su i objašnjeni osnovni pojmovi kao što su pojam eno i gastronomskog turizma te njihova obilježja, a zatim je analiziran razvoj enogastronomskog turizma u Hrvatskoj i svijetu kroz stoljeća. U radu je također prikazan i eno-gastronomski turizam u svijetu kroz nekoliko primjera najpoznatijih i najboljih svjetskih kuhinja kao što su talijanska, francuska i grčka kuhinja koje su kroz povijest utjecale na razvoj hrvatske kuhinje. Opisane su hrvatske vinske i gastronomske regije te je analizirana i opisana ponuda eno-gastronomskog turizma u Hrvatskoj s posebnim naglaskom na Dalmaciju. Dalmacija je bogata kvalitetnim vinima, a dalmatinska kuhinja nastala je pod mediteranskim, orijentalnim i kontinentalnim utjecajima. Primjer vrhunske gastro ponude su restorani s Michelinovom zvjezdicom.
Abstract (english)
The paper is focused on the topic of wine and gastronomic tourism as specific forms of tourism. At the beginning of the paper, basic terms are interpret and explained, such as the concept of food and gastronomic tourism and their characteristics. The paper also presents development of gastronomic tourism through centuries and gives several examples of the most famous and world’s best cuisines, such as Italian, French and Greek cuisine, which throughout history have influenced the development of Croatian cuisine. Croatian wine and gastronomic regions are analyzed and described with a special emphasis on Dalmatia. Dalmatia is rich in quality wines and Dalmatian cuisine was created under Mediterranean, oriental and continental influences. An example of the best gastronomic offer are restaurants with a Michelin star.
