Abstract
Završni rad sastoji se od podjele i postupaka prerade polimera. Opširnije je opisan proces injekcijskog prešanja polimera te su opisani glavni dijelovi linije za injekcijsko prešanje i dodatna oprema koja može poboljšati tijek proizvodnje. U eksperimentalnom dijelu opisan je proces injekcijskog prešanja na realnom stroju i kalupu. Proces injekcijskog prešanja odrađen je u poduzeću DW Reusables na lokaciji Hum na Sutli.
Abstract (english)
This final thesis explains the division and processing of polymers. Injection pressing of polymeric materials is described in detail, along with the main parts from the injection pressing line, including the additional equipment that could improve the whole process. Experimental part describes the process of injection pressing on a real machine and mould. Whole experiment was done in company „DW Reusables Hum“, located in Hum na Sutli.
