The technology is developing so fast that in a year and even less new models of different devices at different prices, so that anyone can afford them. But nowhere does not specify what time of the year may not be available to users or which time of year prohibits their use. Nobody cares if the beneficiary is a child or adult, are using the device for one hour or a whole day, and no one knows how much are (no)dangerous.
