Abstract
U radu je prikazana problematika otpadnih voda s naglaskom na otpadne vode iz farmaceutske industrije, što predstavlja jedan od sve većih ekoloških problema posljednjih nekoliko godina. Vodeći uzroci onečišćenja voda u farmaceutskoj industriji su upravo farmaceutici. Ukoliko farmaceutici dospiju u okoliš mogu predstavljati problem zbog štetnog utjecaja na pojedine organizme u ekosustavima. Cilj rada je približiti problem kontaminacije farmaceutskim proizvodima te prikazati njihov štetan utjecaj na okoliš i zdravlje, kao i načine adekvatnog zbrinjavanja takvih vrsta otpadnih voda te njihovo pročišćavanje primjenom sustavne tehnologije.
Abstract (english)
The paper presents the problem of wastewater with a focus on wastewater from the pharmaceutical industry, which represents one of the growing environmental problems of the last few years. The leading causes of water pollution in the pharmaceutical industry are pharmaceuticals. If pharmaceuticals get into the environment, they can pose a problem due to the harmful effect on certain organisms in ecosystems. The aim of the work is to approach the problem of pollution by pharmaceutical products and to show their harmful impact on the environment and health, as well as the ways of adequate disposal of such types of waste water and their purification by applying systematic technology.
