Abstract
U situacijama prirodnih i dugih katastrofa civilna zaštita ima ključnu ulogu u očuvanju sigurnosti i zdravlja građana te zaštiti imovine. Posljednjih nekoliko godina civilna zaštita vrlo dobro je poznata građanima Republike Hrvatske i to ponajviše zbog pandemije Covid-19 te potresa u Zagrebu i Petrinji, ali i drugih prirodnih nepogoda i katastrofa. Ovaj rad istražuje strukturu, odnosno organizaciju civilne zaštite Grada Oroslavja te funkcije i aktivnosti pojedinih članova operativnih snaga civilne zaštite spomenutog Grada. U uvodnom dijelu opisan je općenito sustav civilne zaštite u Republici Hrvatskoj i Grad Oroslavje, zatim su spomenute osnovne karakteristike Grada i njegove specifičnosti te su navedene i opisane opasnosti i rizici koji prijete Gradu, dok je u završnom dijelu rada napravljena detaljnija analiza pojedinih grana i sastavnica civilne zaštite Grada Oroslavja.
Abstract (english)
In situations of natural and prolonged disasters, civil protection plays a crucial role in preserving the safety and health of citizens and protecting property. In recent years, civil protection has been well known to the citizens of the Republic of Croatia, primarily due to the Covid-19 pandemic and the earthquakes in Zagreb and Petrinja. This paper investigates the structure, or organization, of civil protection in the City of Oroslavje, as well as the functions and activities of individual members of the operational forces of civil protection in the mentioned city. The introductory part describes the civil protection system in the Republic of Croatia and the City of Oroslavje, followed by the basic characteristics of the city and its specificities, as well as the hazards and risks threatening the city. The final part of the paper includes a detailed analysis of the individual branches and components of civil protection in the City of Oroslavje.
