Abstract
U ovom završnom radu govori se o hotelskim lancima, odnosno njihovom nastanku i povijesnom razvoju. Prikazuju se načini povezivanja poduzeća ugovorom o franšizingu i ugovorom o menadžmentu te njihove prednosti i nedostatke. Navode se sudionici u franšiznom poslovanju i poslovanju zasnovanom na ugovoru o menadžmentu. Detaljno su objašnjeni dijelovi ugovora o franšizingu i ugovora o menadžmentu te su istaknute naknade za svako poslovanje koje primatelj ugovora mora plaćati.
Abstract (english)
In this final paper the word will be about hotels chains with reference to their genesis and history development. Final paper explains ways of company merging with franchising agreement and management agreement, their advantages and imperfections. Guides participants in franchising and management dealings. Details about elements of franchising agreement and management agreement are explained. Fees for each dealing that receiver must to pay are pointed out.
