Abstract
Moderni svijet funkcionira zahvaljujući pomno postavljenoj infrastrukturi rada. Svaki čovjek radom doprinosi zajednici, a nikakvo radno mjesto niti profesija nisu lišeni mogućnosti ozljeda. Ozljede na radu sastavni su dio svakog radnog mjesta i profesije, stoga se mnogo pažnje posvećuje upravo uređenju zakona kojima je cilj stvaranje uvjeta koji ozljede na radu radije sprečavaju nego rješavaju. U sklopu rada predstavljena je komparativna analiza ozljeda na radu u EU i RH prema četiri kriterija: prosječnom broju zaposlenosti, broju ozljeda na radu, broju smrtonosnih ozljeda te ukupnom broju izgubljenih dana. Analiza se vršila u periodu od 2012. do 2014., odnosno 2015. godine i uspješno ukazuje na sigurnosne trendove, uvjete i ulaganja na području EU i RH.
Abstract (english)
Modern world successfully exists due to carefully set infrastructure of work. Every human contributes to the society, and no work place or profession is excluded from chance of occupational injuries. Occupational injuries are constituent part of every work place and profession. Therefore, a lot of attention is paid to putting laws in order to create conditions which prevent occupational injuries rather than deal with them when they already happen. In this final paper comparative analysis is presented in EU and Republic of Croatia according to four main criteria: average number of employees, number of occupational injuries, number of fatal injuries, and total number of days lost. Paper analyses period from 2012 to 2014 and 2015, successfully implying safety trends, conditions and investments in EU and Republic of Croatia.
