Abstract
Ovim radom analizirati će se utjecaj i posljedice virusa COVID-19 na zaposlenike, poslodavce i samo poslovanje. U prvom dijelu opisati će se razvoj pandemije COVID-19, razraditi će se učinci na poslodavce, fizički i psihički čimbenici koji utječu na zaposlenike. U drugom dijelu rada navedeno je koje preporuke, zaštitne mjere i zaštitna sredstva je potrebno primjenjivati kako bi se spriječilo širenje virusa. Osim toga, napravljena je anketa u kojoj zaposlenici tvrtke u kojoj trenutno radim daju svoje mišljenje o cijeloj situaciji, odnosno kako je virus utjecao na njih. Na samom kraju rada stoji zaključak i pretpostavka da su posljedice virusa COVID-19 dugoročne i još uvijek nepoznate te da se moramo prilagoditi i prihvatiti „novu stvarnost“ sa pogledom prema naprijed.
Abstract (english)
This paper will analyze the impact and implications of the COVD-19 pandemic on employees, employers and business alone. In the first part, the development of the COVD-19 pandemic will be described, as well as impacts on employers, physical and psychological factors affecting employees will be explained in more detail. Second part of dissertation outlines the recommendations, safeguards and means of protection to be applied in order to prevent the spread of the virus. In addition, a survey was made where employees of the company in which I am currently working give their own opinion on the whole situation and / or how the pandemic has affected them. Paper concludes with presumptions and findings that effects of the COVID-19 virus and conclusion are long-term and still unknown. Furthermore, that we must adapt and accept a "new normal" with hope for better tomorrow.
