Abstract
Zadatak ovog Završnog rada je osmisliti i izraditi elektronički sustav za testiranje kapaciteta litijionskih baterijskih članaka ili ćelija, koji će samostalno preračunati kapacitet ćelije i prikazati ga na zaslonu. Kako bi se dobile točne vrijednosti potrebno je provesti testiranje baterijskih članaka odnosno kontrolirano prazniti i mjeriti njihov napon i struju. Kako bi izmjerili kapacitet baterijskih članaka potrebno ih je prvo napuniti, te onda prazniti konstantnom strujom i mjeriti vrijeme, a dobivene vrijednosti na razumljiv način prikazati korisniku. U ovom Završnom radu je razvijen prototip elektroničkog sustava za testiranje baterijskih članaka pomoću Arduino mikrokontrolera. Opisane su sve komponente sustava i objašnjen je rad u cjelini. Testiranje se provodi na baterijskim člancima normiranih brojnom oznakom 18650 koje su danas jedne od najkorištenijih tipova baterija.
Abstract (english)
The aim of this Final work was to design a electronic system for testing the capacity of lithium-ion cells that will independently recalculate the actual capacity of cells. In order to obtain accurate values, it is necessary to perform their testing, ie to discharge in a controlled manner and measure their voltage and current. In order to find out the capacity of the cell, it is necessary to first charge it, then discharge it with constant current and measure the time, and display the obtained values in an acceptable way to the user. In this paper, a prototype battery cell testing system was developed using an Arduino microcontroller. All components of the system are described and the explanation is the work as a whole. Testing is performed on battery cells numbered 18650, which are one of the most used battery tipes today.
