The subject of this final work is to specify and discuss the reasons for termination of employment, and to clarify some of these reasons as well as to define what the obligations of employers and workers during the termination of employment. The employment relationship is defined in different ways but each definition has the same purpose, and that is that the employment relationship is established voluntarily, it is a contractual relationship, that are the subjects of employment - the worker and the employer, that the content of this relationship fulfill their rights, obligations and responsibilities, and that the rights, obligations and respon-sibilities as defined by law, collective agreement, contract or other regulations. As defined by the employees work so defined and redundancy. Since the law provides a number of reasons and ways of termination of employment or termination of employment, so is every reason in particular clarified and explained, and every reason in particular determines the rights and obligations of workers and employers in this way of the termination of employment.
