Abstract
U ovom radu opisuju se cjevovodi za tehničke plinove. Opisuje se njihova primjena, način izrade te materijali od kojih se izrađuju. Objašnjeno je u kojim granama industrije se koriste cjevovodi za tehničke plinove i čemu oni služe. Ukratko su objašnjeni mediji, odnosno plinovi koji se transportiraju u cjevovodima za tehničke plinove. Opisan je način transporta, odnosno dijelovi koji su u sklopu samog cjevovoda da bi transport tehničkih plinova bio moguć. Izbor materijala se svodi na bakrene cijevi ili cijevi od nehrđajućeg čelika. Napravljena je analiza bakrene cijevi promjera 18 mm te cijevi od nehrđajućeg čelika također promjera 18 mm, svojstva bakrenih cijevi i cijevi od nehrđajućeg čelika i ultrazvučno ispitivanje debljine stijenke na komadu bakrene cijevi kao i na komadu cijevi nehrđajućeg čelika. Na temelju ispitivanja i prakse donesen je zaključak o izboru određenog materijala za izradu cjevovoda u određenom slučaju koji se susreću u praksi.
Abstract (english)
This paper describes pipelines for technical gases. It describes their application, the method of manufacture and the materials from which they are made. It is explained in which industries we meet the pipelines for technical gases and what purpose they serve. The media and gases transported in the pipelines for technical gases are briefly explained. The mode of transport, or parts that are within the pipeline itself, is described to make the transportation of technical gases possible. The choice of material comes down to copper pipes or stainless steel pipes. An analysis was made of copper tubes with a diameter of 18mm and stainless steel tubes also with a diameter of 18mm, characteristics of copper tubes and tubes of stainless steel, and ultrasonic testing of wall thickness on a piece of copper tube as well as on a piece of stainless steel tube. On the basis of testing and practice, a conclusion was reached on the selection of particular pipeline design material in the particular case encountered in practice.
