Abstract
Zdravstveni problemi čovjeka, te ekološka oštećenja prirode velikim su dijelom povezani s onečišćenjima vode i njezinim štetnim utjecajima. Voda je tvorac života. Od samog početka voda je temelj za sva čovjekova otkrića. Hidrološki ciklus funkcionira na način da iz najupotrebljivijeg stanja isparava i spaja se sa zrakom, te tvori vodenu paru. Kad se zrak ohladi, para se kondenzira i stvara oblake, koji pomažu blokirati toplinu od sunca. Nakon određenih procesa opet padaju na tlo kao kiša ili snijeg. Velik dio oborina pohranjuje se na kopnu u obliku podzemnih voda. Od tamo voda teče do mora, gdje se ponovno pridružuje oceanu te je spremna za ponovno pokretanje ciklusa. Suvremeni život čovjeka, ubrzan rast industrijalizacije i poljoprivrede su razlozi nastajanja otpadnih voda, a samim time i problema koje uzrokuju čovjeku i prirodi.
Abstract (english)
Human health problems and ecological damage of nature are largely related to water pollution and its harmful effects. Water is the creator of life. Water has been the basis for all human discoveries from the very beginning. The Hydrologic cycle functions in such a way that it evaporates and fuses with air, therefore forming water vapor. When the air cools in the upper atmosphere, the vapor condenses and clouds are created, which helps block heat from the sun. After certain processes, water in those clouds falls back to the ground in the form of rain or snow. Much of the precipitation is stored in the form of groundwater. From there the water flows to the sea. There it joins the oceans and is ready to complete the cycle again. Modern human life, rapid industrialization and agriculture growth are the leading reasons for the emergence of wastewater, and therefore the problems that directly or indirectly harm both mankind and nature.
