Abstract
Humano mlijeko je jedina hrana koja zadovoljava sve prehrambene potrebe malog dojenčeta, osigurava optimalan rast i razvoj te ima imunološku funkciju da dojenče štiti od raznih bolesti. Dojenje je proces tijekom kojeg majka hrani novorođenče mlijekom iz grudi. Dojenje nije samo hranjenje , to je način života majke i djeteta. Cilj završnog rada je kroz teorijski dio istaknuti svojstva i sastav humano, bioaktivne komponenete, imunološku funkciju i utjecaj humanog mlijeka na zdravlje novorođenčadi, a kroz eksperimentalni dio rada, provedenim anonimnim anketnim upitnikom ispitati iskustava majki i njihove stavove o dojenju.
Abstract (english)
Human milk is the only food that meets all the nutritional needs of a young infant, ensures optimal growth and development, and has an immune function to protect the infant from a variety of diseases. Breastfeeding is the process during which the mother feeds the baby with breast milk. Breastfeeding is not just about feeding, it is a mother-child lifestyle. The aim of the final paper is to emphasize through the theoretical part the properties and composition of the human, bioactive components, immune function and influence of human milk on the health of newborns, and through the experimental part of the work to examine mothers' experiences and their attitudes about breastfeeding through an anonymous questionnaire.
