Abstract
Tema ovog završnog rada su posebno standardizirani hoteli grada Opatije. U radu se analizira standardizacija u hotelijerstvu tj. njene ciljeve, područje i vrste standarda te prednosti i nedostatke. Navode se i uvjeti potrebni za posebnu standardizaciju. U praktičnom dijelu rada analizirana su dva posebno standardizirana hotela grada Opatije, a to su Milenij Grand Hotela i Hotel Ambasador. Prikazana je kratka usporedba izabranih hotela te koji su to posebni hotelski standardi koje oni posjeduju.
Abstract (english)
it is has analyzed standardization in the hotel management, their goals, areas, forms, advantages and disadvantages. It is put the conditions for the special standardization. In this paper it is has chosen two specially standardized hotels of Opatija, and they are „Milenij Grand Hotel“ and „Hotel Ambasador“. It is demonstrated a short comparaision between those hotels, with all the standards they have.
