Abstract
Danas robote susrećemo svakodnevno. Tako primjerice više nije čudo da vas u kafiću posluži robot, da vam paket ili čak pizzu dostavi dron, da robot razminirava minska polja. Spoznajom razvoja našeg društva za temu završnog rada odabran je mobilni robot viličar. Za izradu rada potrebno je računalo, program za 3D modeliranje (Autodesk Fusion 360), 3D printer i komponente robota. Prilikom razrade teme rada dolazi do problema na koji način riješiti problem translacijskog gibanja vilica. Nakon par razmotrenih riješenja, odabran je zupčani par kao izvršni translacijki član elektromotornog aktuatora. Zatim je uslijedio problem konstrukcije viličara te su modelirani i izrađeni elementi koji omogućuju mehaničko gibanje i ostvarivanje potrebne sile mehanizma. Elementi su međusobno povezani u sklop oblikom, rastavljivim i nerastavljivnim spojevima.
Abstract (english)
Today we meet robots every day. So, for example, it is no longer a miracle that a robot serves you in a cafe, that a package or even a pizza is delivered to you by a drone, that a robot clears minefields. With the knowledge of the development of our society, a mobile robot forklift was chosen for the topic of the final project. The project requires a computer, a 3D modeling program (Autodesk Fusion 360), a 3D printer, and robot components. During the elaboration of the topic of the paper, there is a problem of how to solve the problem of the translational movement of the jaws. After a couple of solutions, the gear pair was selected as the executive translational member of the electric motor actuator. Then followed the problem of forklift construction and modeled and fabricated elements that allow mechanical movement and achieve the required force of the mechanism. The elements are interconnected in the assembly by shape, detachable and non-detachable joints.
