Abstract
U radu je opisana važnost provođenja protupožarne zaštite pomoću ugradnje vatrodojavnih sustava. Opisana je vatrodojavna zaštita ugostiteljskog objekta Restoran „Labudovac“ u Nacionalnom Parku Plitvička Jezera te način na koji je spojen sustav vatrodojave sa službama koje reagiraju u slučaju požara. Zbog velikog broja ugostiteljskih objekata koji se nalaze u raznim poslovnim prostorima u starim jezgrama gradova, trgovačkim centrima, tradicionalnim restoranima izgrađeni od starih građevinskih materijala koji su lako zapaljivi, postoji velika opasnost da kod nastanka požara dođe do velike materijalne štete ali i da se ugroze životi gostiju. Zbog toga je ugradnja sustava vatrodojave u ugostiteljske objekte izuzetno bitna, kako bi došlo do ranog uočavanja požara i alarmiranja osoblja u ugostiteljskim objektima ili vatrogasne postrojbe.
Abstract (english)
This essay describes the importance of implementing fire protection by installing firealarm systems. The fire alarm protection of the restaurant „Labudovac“ at the Plitvice Lakes National Park is described in a way that connects the fire alarm system with the services that react in case of fire. Due to the large number of catering facilities located in various business premises in the old towns, shopping malls, traditional restaurants built of old building materials that are highly flammable, there is a great danger that fires will cause great material damage but also endanger lives. guests. Therefore, the installation of a fire alarm system in catering facilities is extremely important, in order to detect fires early and alert staff in catering facilities or fire brigades.
