Abstract
Tema ovog završnog rada je konstrukcija stroja za piljenje drva koji je na traktorski pogon. U radu je opisana mehanička obrada drva kružnom pilom. Opisana je oštrica kružne pile, kinematika kružne pile i materijali za izradu alata. Provedena je analiza tržišta postojećih rješenja. Odabran je koncept i opisani su svi zahtjevi na konstrukciju stroja. Proveden je proračun snage potrebne za piljenje, proračun remenskog prijenosa, čvrstoće vratila i fleksijske i torzijske kritične brzine vrtnje. Opisana je konstrukcijska izvedba stroja i vratila. Dobiveno rješenje prikazano je na sklopnom i radioničkom crtežu u prilogu.
Abstract (english)
The theme of this paper is the design of wood sawing machine that uses tractor for power. Paper explains mechanical woodworking by circular saw. Paper describes blade of circular saw, kinematics of a saw and materials used for production. Market analysis comparing similar machines is conducted. Concept is developed and all constructive requirements of the machine are described. Paper shows detailed calculations of drive power, belt drive, shaft strength and flexional and tordional critical speed. Elaborated design of concept is presented in chapter 5. Technical documentation that maps out full design oft he machine can be found int he attachment.
