Abstract
Zaštita na radu obuhvaća niz pravila, mjera i aktivnosti čijom se kvalitetnom primjenom ostvaruju sigurni radni uvjeti te zaštita zdravlja na radu, a s ciljem sprječavanja rizika u odnosu na opasnosti, štetnosti i napore koji se mogu javljati pri obavljanju poslova, a koji mogu uzrokovati ozljede na radu, profesionalne bolesti, bolesti vezane uz rad te ostale materijalne i nematerijalne štete za vrijeme rada ili u vezi s radom. Sve pravne osobe obvezne su implementirati sustav zaštite na radu. Prilikom implementacije te provođenja odredbi zaštite na radu važno je poštivati te se strogo pridržavati svih zakonskih odredbi i podzakonskih akata kako bi se radnicima osigurala maksimalna zaštita i sigurnost pri radu. Važan je kvalitetan angažman poslodavca te svijest kako je zaštita na radu preduvjet kvalitetnog rada i uvjet zadovoljstva radnika koji osiguravaju odvijanje nesmetanog radnog procesa.
Abstract (english)
Occupational safety includes a number of rules, measures and activities whose quality implementation ensures safe working conditions and occupational health, with the aim of preventing risks in relation to hazards, harms and efforts that may occur in the performance of work, which may cause injuries to work, occupational diseases, work-related illnesses and other material and non-material damages during or in connection with work. All legal entities are obliged to implement a system of safety at work. When implementing and enforcing occupational safety provisions, it is important to respect and strictly adhere to all legal provisions and bylaws in order to ensure maximum protection and safety at work for workers. The quality of the employer's engagement is important, as well as the awareness that safety at work is a precondition for quality work and a condition for employee satisfaction that ensures the smooth work process.
