Abstract
Sjedište Tvornice Gavrilović je u Petrinji, a ona svoj rad započinje krajem 1690. godine kada je obitelj Gavrilović osnovala trgovačko društvo za meso. Ime obitelji Gavrilović generacijama je vezano uz mesnu industriju koja je, dugim nizom godina, kvalitetom svojih proizvoda dospjela na svjetsku pozornicu. Sigurnost hrane i kvaliteta uz očuvanje okoliša vlasnicima su uvijek na prvom mjestu, a to svojim potrošačima pokazuju i dokazuju poštujući načela kvalitete i sigurnosti hrane te održavanjem sustava upravljanja. Zaštita na radu provodi se i primjenjuje, ali s druge strane jedan od glavnih uzoraka i problema ozljeđivanja opet je upravo neprimjenjivanje načela zaštite na radu. Svijest o sigurnosti i zaštiti ipak je s godinama dobila znatan pomak. Stručnjak zaštite na radu smatra da se polako shvaća ozbiljnost zaštite te da će iz godine u godinu rasti.
Abstract (english)
The headquarters of the Gavrilović Factory are in Petrinja, and its work began at the end of 1690, when the Gavrilović family founded a meat company. The name of the Gavrilović family has been associated with the meat industry for generations, which, for many years, has reached the world stage with the quality of its products. Food safety and quality while preserving the environment are always in the first place for owners, and they show and prove this to their consumers by respecting the principles of food quality and safety and maintaining a management system. Occupational safety is implemented and applied, but on the other hand one of the main patterns and problems of injury is again the nonapplication of the principle of occupational safety. Awareness of security and protection, however, has grown significantly over the years. The occupational safety expert believes that the seriousness of protection is slowly being understood and that it will grow from year to year.
