Abstract
Cilj rada je opisati osnove polimera i polimerne proizvodnje s fokusom na postupak injekcijskog prešanja polimera kao najvažniji ciklički postupak obrade polimernih materijala. U radu je opisan ciklus injekcijskog prešanja s naglaskom na simulaciju i ispitivanje utjecaja kompleksnosti oblika otpreska i polimernih materijala na vremenske parametre procesa. Oblik i kompleksnost proizvoda kao i izbor materijala znatno utječu na cijeli niz parametara procesa injekcijskog prešanja. Konstrukcija otpreska, njegov oblik, dimenzije i debljina stijenke značajno utječu na cjelokupan proces injekcijskog prešanja, navedeni parametri izravno utječu i na vremenske parametre ciklusa pa tako i na proizvodnost otpreska. Zbog bitnih uloga navedenih parametara bitno ih je razumjeti i ispitati utjecaj te prepoznati mogućnost poboljšanja i unaprjeđenja proizvodnje injekcijskim prešanjem.
Abstract (english)
The aim of this work is to describe the basics of polymers and polymer production with a focus on the process of injection molding of polymers as the most important cyclic process of processing polymer materials. The thesis describes the cycle of injection molding with an emphasis on simulation and examination of the influence of the complexity of the mold shape and polymer materials on the time parameters of the process. The construction of the product, its shape, dimensions and wall thickness significantly affect the entire process of injection molding, the mentioned parameters directly affect the time parameters of the cycle and the productivity of the product. Due to the important roles of the mentioned parameters, it is important to understand them and examine their influence, as well as to recognize the possibility of improving injection molding production.
