Abstract
Zaštita javne površine i javnih prostora predstavlja niz mjera i radnji kako bi se osigurala potrebna razina sigurnosti javnosti na javnoj površini odnosno u javnim prostorima. Kako bi se mogla pružiti razina sigurnosti, nužno je poznavati i koristiti zakone i pravilnike po kojima su definirani uvjeti i načini pružanja zaštite na javnoj površini. Tehnička zaštita javne površine zahtijeva korištenje niza tehničke opreme i uređaja za pružanje adekvatne razine sigurnosti i zaštite koji će nam osigurati kvalitetu štićenja, a sve u skladu sa zakonskim normama. Cilj pisanja ovoga rada bit će predstaviti uvjete i načine, mogućnosti štićenja javne površine s idejama i sugestijama za unaprjeđenje sustava tehničke zaštite. U radu će se spomenuti najučestaliji načini tehničke zaštite, uređaji potrebni za obavljanje poslova tehničke zaštite na javnim površinama, a od opreme i uređaja prikazat će se samo osnovni elementi.
Abstract (english)
The protection of the public surface and public spaces represents a series of measures and actions to ensure the necessary level of public safety on the public surface and in public spaces. To be able to provide a level of security, it is necessary to know and use the laws and ordinances that define the conditions and methods of providing protection on public surfaces. Technical protection of the public area requires the use of lot of technical equipment and devices to provide an adequate level of safety and protection that will ensure the quality of protection, all in accordance with legal norms. The goal of writing this paper is to present the conditions and methods, the possibilities of protecting the public surface with ideas and suggestions for improving the technical protection system. The paper will mention the most common ways of providing technical protection necessary for performing technical protection work on public areas, and only the basic elements of equipment and devices will be presented.
