Abstract
Završni rad sastoji se od dvije cjeline: • Teorijskog dijela • Eksperimentalnog dijela U teorijskom dijelu ukratko je obrađena čvrstoća, te galvanski postupak općenito. Nakon toga je obrađen galvanski postupak pobakrivanja za dvije vrste kupelji – sulfatnu i cijanidnu. Također, ukratko je opisan statički vlačni pokus, kao uvod u ekperimentalni dio gdje se isti i provodio. U eksperimentalnom dijelu, koji je ujedno i glavni dio rada, sačinjen je plan pokusa ispitivanja. Prvi dio ispitivanja uključivao je elektroplatiranje uzoraka bakrom, dok smo u drugom dijelu ispitivali njihovu vlačnu čvrstoću. Analizom rezultata ispitivanja dobiven je zaključak o utjecaju debljine pobakrenog sloja na vrijednosti čvrstoće materijala. Eksperimentalni dio rada napravljen je u laboratorijima Veleučilišta u Karlovcu.
Abstract (english)
The final work consists of two parts: • Theoretical part • Experimental part In the theoretical part, strength and the galvanic process in general are briefly discussed. After that, the electroplating process for two types of baths - sulfate and cyanide - was processed. Also, the static tensile test is briefly described, as an introduction to the experimental part where it was carried out. In the experimental part, which is also the main part of the work, a trial test plan was created. The first part of the test included the electroplating of the samples with copper, while in the second part we examined their tensile strength. By analyzing the test results, a conclusion was obtained about the influence of the thickness of the copper-plated layer on the strength values of the material. The experimental part of the work was done in the laboratories of the Polytechnic in Karlovac
