Abstract
Ovaj rad se bavi temom sigurnosti u metalnoj industriji, s naglaskom na sigurnost pri radu na strojevima za obradu metala. Rad obuhvaća opasnosti koje postoje u metalnoj industriji te temelje sigurnosti na radu kao što su procjena rizika, zaštitne naprave i osobna zaštitna oprema. Također su detaljno opisane sigurnosne mjere pri radu s brusilicama, blanjalicama, glodalicama, tokarilicama, prešama i strojevima za savijanje lima. Uz to, obrađena su i glavna sigurnosna pitanja za metalnu industriju. Svi ovi aspekti su od izuzetne važnosti kako bi se osigurala sigurnost zaposlenika u metalnoj industriji i smanjila mogućnost ozljeda i nesreća na radu.
Abstract (english)
This paper addresses the topic of safety in the metal industry, with a focus on safety in working with metal processing machines. The paper covers the hazards that exist in the metal industry and the foundations of workplace safety, such as risk assessment, protective devices, and personal protective equipment. Safety measures for working with grinders, planers, milling machines, lathes, presses, and sheet metal bending machines are also described in detail. Furthermore, the main safety issues for the metal industry are discussed. All of these aspects are of utmost importance to ensure the safety of employees in the metal industry and reduce the risk of injuries and workplace accidents.
