Abstract
Zabavni parkovi danas vrlo su značajan dio turističke ponude poznatih turističkih destinacija, koje svoju popularnost i konkurentnost mogu zahvaliti upravo izgradnji zabavnih parkova u njihovoj neposrednoj blizini. Izvrsna su prilika za postizanje konkurentske turističke pozicije na međunarodnom turističkom tržištu, značajno utječu na produljenje turističke sezone, uspostavljanje pozitivnog i atraktivnog imidža destinacije na domaćem i inozemnom tržištu. Tema ovog završnog rada jeste prikaz najpoznatijih zabavnih parkova u svijetu i Hrvatskoj te analiza postojećih najznačajnijih zabavnih parkova u Istri. Kroz analizu želi se predstaviti njihove prednosti i nedostatke te ključne čimbenike njihove uspješnosti.
Abstract (english)
Amusement parks today are a significant part of the tourist offerings of well-known tourist destinations, and their popularity and competitiveness can be attributed to the construction of amusement parks in their immediate vicinity. They provide an excellent opportunity to achieve a competitive position in the international tourism market, significantly extend the tourist season, and establish a positive and attractive destination image in both domestic and international markets. The topic of this thesis is to present the most famous amusement parks in the world and in Croatia, as well as to analyze the existing most significant amusement parks in Istria. Through the analysis, their advantages, disadvantages, and key factors of their success are to be presented.
