Abstract
Uvodnim dijelom odrađen je preliminarni proračun sa svrhom dobivanja vrijednosti koje će služiti kao početni uvjeti numeričkog proračuna. Obuhvaćene su veličine kao masa tereta i krovne kutije, aerodinamički otpor i uzgon te naposljetku centrifugalna sila unutar zavoja. Numeričkim proračunom dobivena su moguća naprezanja kao posljedica vibracija koje se javljaju uslijed neravnina na kolniku. U tu svrhu, eksperimentalno su određene vrijednosti ubrzanja zemljine gravitacije nastale vožnjom automobila. Također je prikazan uvod u metodu konačnih elementa programskog paketa koji je korišten u svrhu proračuna. U konačnici, numeričkim proračunom mehanike loma izračunate su vrijednosti faktora intenziteta naprezanja za pukotinu smještenu na kritičnom mjestu krovnog nosača.
Abstract (english)
Within the opening part, preliminary calculation is done with the purpose of getting values that will serve as initial conditions of numerical calculation. Dimensions like load and roof box mass, drag force, lift and centrifugal force while cornering are covered. With numerical calculation of vibrations, stresses that are result of vibrations, which occur due to uneven surface of road are calculated. For that purpose, experimental data of g-forces are obtained while driving a car. Basics finite element method theory of the software that is used in this paper is also explained. Finally, using numerical calculation of fracture mechanics, values of stress intensity factor are calculated for a crack located in critical spot of roof rack.
