Abstract
Procjena rizika je postupak kojim se utvrđuje razina opasnosti, štetnosti i napora u smislu nastanka ozljeda na radu, profesionalne bolesti, bolesti u svezi s radom te poremećaja u procesu rada koji bi mogao izazvati štetne posljedice za sigurnost i zdravlje radnika te je ujedno i obaveza za svakog poslodavca u Republici Hrvatskoj. Ovaj rad temeljen je na stvarnom poslovanju i realnim podatcima, iznesene činjenice i obrađeni podatci u ovoj Procjeni rizika su istiniti, izmijenjeni su samo naziv tvrtke za koju se radi Procjena rizika, adrese sjedišta i adrese poslovnih jedinica. Nisu navedena imena djelatnika osposobljenih za određene radnje (pružanje prve pomoći, voditelji evakuacije itd.) već samo njihov broj u svakoj poslovnoj jedinici. Ovaj rad vijerno prikazuje Procjenu rizika Sportske kladionice d.o.o., izrađena je u skladu sa važećim zakonskim propisima i kao takav temeljni je dokument zaštite na radu koji omogućava poslodavcu da poduzme učinkovite mjere zaštite kako bi na najbolji način zaštitio zdravlje radnika i sačuvao poslovni proces.
Abstract (english)
Risk Assessment is a procedure that determines the level of danger, harm and effort in terms of the occurrence of injuries at work, occupational diseases, work-related diseases and disturbances in the work process that could cause harmful consequences for the safety and health of workers and is also an obligation for of every employer in the Republic of Croatia. This thesis is based on real business and real data, the presented facts and analyzed data in this Risk Assessment are authentic, only the name of the company for which the Risk Assessment is being prepared, the addresses of the headquarters and the addresses of the business units have been changed. The names of employees trained for specific activities (providing first aid, evacuation managers, etc.) are not given, only the number of trained employees in each business unit. This thesis faithfully presents the Risk Assessment of Sportska kladionica d.o.o., it was prepared in accordance with the relevant legal regulations and as such is a fundamental document of occupational health and safety that enables the employer to take effective protective measures to best protect the health of workers and preserve the business process.
