Abstract
Tema završnog rada je primjena strukturiranog pristupa pri rješavanju generičkog problema oplate ispušnog kućišta plinske turbine GT26. U prvom poglavlju dat je osvrt na: povijest, podjelu i primjenu velikih plinskih turbina. GT26 je plinska turbina koja pripada u klasifikaciju velikih plinskih turbina za pogon električnog generatora, snage iznad 260 MW. Sa svrhom uvida u ekonomski potencijal novog konstrukcijskog rješenja, dan je i osvrt na trenutno brojno stanje GT26 flote. U drugom poglavlju opisana je: funkcija, korišteni materijali, susjedne komponente, uvjeti rada i polazišna konstrukcija ispušnog kućišta. Uvjeti rada plinskih turbina su evoluirali tijekom godina, od povećanja snage (masenog protoka zraka kroz turbinu) do temperature ispušnih plinova. Polazišna konstrukcija je u upotrebi već 20 godina, od 1996. godine, tijekom rad primijećeno je da novi uvjeti rada zahtijevaju promjenu konstrukcije ispušnog kućišta. Funkcija komponente, materijali i susjedne komponente nisu doživjeli promjenu od samog začetka. Kao najzahtjevniji konstrukcijski problem pokazala se promjena iz baznih turbina u turbine za vršna opterećenja. U trećem poglavlju, opisan je tijek razvoja novog kućišta i strukturirani pristup konstruiranju (DFSS-Design For Six Sigma) primijenjen pri rješavanju generičkog problema. Na samom kraju, slijedi zaključak te osvrt na rezultate testiranja i budućnost nove konstrukcije.
Abstract (english)
The topic of this Diploma Thesis is structured approach applied for solving of generic issue related to GT26 gas turbine exhaust gas housing liner. First chapter gives overview of: history, classification and usages of large gas turbines. GT26 is gas turbine which is classified as gas turbine used to drive electric generators, power above 260 MW. In order to get insight in economic potential of the new design this thesis also reports current number of installed GT26 units. Second chapter describes: function, materials used, mate components, operating conditions and baseline design of exhaust gas housing. Gas turbine operating conditions have evolved over the years, from increase of power (air mass flow through the turbine) to increase of exhaust gas temperatures. Baseline design is in usage since 1996, over 20 years, during operation it has been noticed that new operation conditions require redesign of Exhaust Gas Housing. Component function, used materials and mate components have not been changed. Most challenging has been change of gas turbine usage, from base load engines to peak load engines. Third chapter describes the development of new Exhaust Gas Housing and structured approach (DFSS-Design For Six Sigma) applied for solving of this generic issue. At the end it is all concluded by review of latest test results and future outlook for the new design.
